| Experience is
the key to any successful customer support. We have some of the most experienced
inside sales people in the industry available to meet your parts and component
needs. Our in-house designed computer systems assist them in researching
the needs of our customers. We handle most inquiries in-house instead
of just being a stumbling block between you and the factory. |

At Dairy Engineering Company, we have always strived to supply quality service for a wide range of sanitary equipment. This goal evolved from a basic philosophy of our founder.

As
a former head of production and maintenance, our founder discovered that
most sanitary suppliers were lacking in their ability to ship parts &
equipment on an emergency basis. He decided then that one of the keys
to a successful business is having what people need when they need it.
Our stock of equipment is ... well ... huge. At any given time, we have
30-50 brand new pumps on the shelf ready to ship. Our parts inventories
often rival those of the factories (and they have indeed called us before
to help out other dealers who didn't bother to stock a particular item).
We keep parts for obsolete pumps & valves with the notion that "someday
... somebody will need it". Nobody can have everything, but we like
to think we're about as close as anybody has come. |
Our Used Equipment
Side Assists in this Goal
| We also do our best to provide support for
a large variety of equipment -- even those not included in standard distribution
lines. The Used Equipment side of our business enables us to work with
and stock parts for nearly all sanitary pumps and valves. The experience
gained here enables us to better provide service to our food processing
customers.
Our used inventory also serves to help in times of emergency. We are quite often able to provide a used part or piece as a "loaner" until new parts arrive. We can also verify that parts are correct by examining a similar piece in our inventory -- just one more double-check that help ensure quality service. |
