Homogenizer Rebuilding Services
A large portion of our shop is dedicated to the rebuilding
of homogenizers -- primarily APV Gaulin models. We go through about 20 machines
per year both here and on-site. We have a stock
of used / rebuilt machines available for sale or we can rebuild your
homogenizer in our shop. Field rebuilding of a homogenizer is also available.
The photo's below demonstrate how we strip a machine down to the bare frame
and rebuild it from the ground up. Our extensive experience with these machines
means you can expect quality performance from your homogenizer for years
to come.
