Back in 1981, Dairy Engineering began dealing in used processing equipment as somewhat of a "sideline" to supplement our engineering services and new equipment lines. The response from our customers was very good. We quickly discovered that the ability to supply high quality used equipment as an option to the expense of new was a very attractive concept. These days, used equipment sales make up about 20% of our total sales. We have a full complement of shop personnel available to inspect, repair, and rebuild equipment.
