Who We Are

Company Philosophy
This is where we're probably supposed to list some sort of "mission statement" that describes how committed we are to "quality" and "customer satisfaction". After about three words, you'd probably stop reading. Instead of doing that, we're simply going to tell you about some of the things we think are important in running a business.
Keeping Equipment in Stock
As a former head of production and maintenance, our founder discovered that most sanitary suppliers were lacking in their ability to ship parts & equipment on an emergency basis. He decided then that one of the keys to a successful business is having what people need when they need it. Our stock of equipment is ... well ... huge. At any given time, we have 30-50 brand new pumps on the shelf ready to ship. Our parts inventories often rival those of the factories (and they have indeed called us before to help out other dealers who didn't bother to stock a particular item). We keep parts for obsolete pumps & valves with the notion that "someday ... somebody will need it". Nobody can have everything, but we like to think we're about as close as anybody has come.
"Free" Engineering
There are dozens of equipment dealers who can sell you pumps, valves, fittings, and all the necessary parts & pieces. We're perfectly glad to answer the phone and sell you whatever you ask for. However, what we'd rather do is have you call up and ask us "How can I ...?", "What should I use to..?.", "What size do I need ...?", etc. We give away a lot of "free" engineering and advice in this process, but we find that this sells a lot of equipment. We may not have the lowest price in the country for everything, but we'll be close. We will get you the right equipment and we'll treat you fairly in the process.
Service
Just some quick thoughts here in this age of impersonal corporate "customer service":
Expertise
Our people have all been in this industry for a long time. We hire people
out of the very industries we serve. They come from maintenance, production,
and engineering. They come from the dairy, beverage, biotech, food processing,
chemical, meat processing and other sanitary industries. It's the combined
expertise of our people that allows us to provide the service you need. Most
of the time we've got somebody here who knows about your problems and
needs. Give us a try ... we like to be impressive.
